Gardout customer care
Return & Refund Policy
A clear 15-day process for eligible returns, product issues, and approved refunds.
15-day return window
Customers have 15 days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unassembled, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Gardout does not accept unauthorized returns. Contact Service@gardout.com before shipping anything back. If approved, Gardout will provide return instructions and the applicable return destination.
Preference-based returns
For returns that do not involve a verified defect, shipping damage, missing component, or incorrect item:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- A 3% restocking fee is deducted from the approved merchandise refund.
- Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipment until Gardout receives it.
Quality issues and order errors
For an approved return involving a verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, missing component, or incorrect item, Gardout is responsible for the authorized return shipping cost and does not charge the 3% restocking fee.
Gardout may first offer replacement parts or another practical remedy when that resolves the issue without returning the complete product.
Non-returnable items
- Products returned after the 15-day request period
- Products used, assembled, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
- Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale before purchase
- Items returned without prior authorization
These exclusions do not apply where a return or remedy is required by law.
Refunds and cancellations
Gardout inspects authorized returns after receipt. If approved, the applicable refund is issued to the original payment method, less stated fees and non-refundable charges. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Contact Service@gardout.com immediately for a cancellation or order change; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
